Acai Smoothie

  • 2 ounce(s) unsweetened frozen acai berry puree (Sambazon)
  • 2 cup(s) unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) raw cacao
  • 0.5 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sprouted stone-ground chia seed
  • 5 drop(s) stevia extract or other sweetener (optional)

Acai Smoothie Directions

  1. Blend acai berries and almond milk at low speed until you have broken down the frozen acai berries. Then move to a higher speed. Once it is smooth, add the cacao and the stevia.
  2. Add the avocado if you want a denser snack or desert.
  3. Enjoy!
